    Hi,

As I have enough troubles with slider I would like to replace it. All I need is static hero image – but I want it to be full width. How to achieve it?

When I use baner with mask it is not full page width.

    Hello,

Do you use WPBakery? Try to set https://gyazo.com/d8567a81a5182e37fe70f8083087ee63
If you can’t achieve the desired result using the Banner element, try to set the image as the background for the row.

    Regards

Row Settings > General > Full height row or Row Settings > Design Options > set paddings

    Hi,

We left the slider as making it work with alternative solutions dodn’t give us the results we wanted.

I would like to hide it on the mobile. When I set the column responsive options and hide it just doesn’t display the content – there is blank space instead of the banner not next element.

How can I create different layout for mobile and hide some elements from desktop version?

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

On which page do you have the white space? Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?

    Regards
