    Hi

After the recent Theme update, I saw that Elementor Pro is now downloaded as a plugin on my WordPress.

Up to now, I could used the Pro Elements as the suggestion was. Am I suppose to replace pro elements with Elementor Pro now?

If so, can I just activate Elementor Pro and then deactivate the pro elements plugin? Will everything in my theme stay the same and I won’t loose anything built with pro elements?

    Thanks!

    Hello, Incanda,

The theme update should not have affected this, as Elementor Pro is a separate paid plugin, while Pro Elements is free.

You can activate Elementor Pro and then deactivate the Pro Elements plugin. Your existing content built with Pro Elements should remain intact, but we always recommend creating a full backup of your website before making any changes to ensure a smooth transition.

    Best regards,

    Thank you Rose.

Weird enough this notification appeared after the Theme update last week. I did not install Elementor Pro. 😉

    Hello, Incanda,

This is not related to the theme update, so you may ignore it. Everything will function properly even without the premium version of the plugin. We do not use it on our demo sites either.

    Best regards,

Thanks Rose! I stick to the Pro Elements for now then. 🙂
