Request a quote custom popup size only show full page without close means

I have “request a quote” feature with custom popup size of 800×600, but only open in full window size, without any mean for window close.
If the window displayed an X that allowed it to close, it was not a problem, but this way, knowing that there are users without skill or knowledge, it’s a problem.
Any solution?

In https://melofalcao.eu/ at any page, I have the standard ? icon in right bottom.
I set in the options to open a poput with 800×600, but always open as in image 12-44, across the entire width of the browser window.

Done. I have AccelerateWP (WPRocket from Cloudlinux) active, but for sure isn’t the cause.
