Dear 8theme Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with changing the video on my website’s shop page. I would like to replace the current video with a new one.

Could you please provide me with step-by-step instructions on how to do this? I would greatly appreciate any guidance on this.

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

1/ Should you need to remove the image highlight marked in red, kindly follow these steps:

1. Navigate to XStore Builders.
2. Select ‘Product Archive Builder’.
3. Choose ‘Edit Template’.
4. Proceed to ‘Edit Banner’.
5. Here, you can add or remove the image as required.
6. Ensure to update the changes once completed.

For your reference, images have been provided in the private content area.
