    Hello Team,

As shown in the screenshot, there’s a sticky menu at the top. Can we make the black line above the carousel sticky as well? When I tried enabling the sticky option, it didn’t work. Could you please let me know how to achieve this?

I’d appreciate your guidance on this matter.

    Thank you.

Attaching a video for your better understanding.

And yes, want this sticky carousel line on the full site not only on the shop or home page.

    Thank you

    Hello Bagwani,

We would like to suggest an optimal configuration for the header builder. It is advisable to place two sub-containers within a single container and set it to ‘sticky’. This arrangement will ensure the desired functionality and appearance.

Otherwise, both elements may appear to be sticky https://prnt.sc/j8RS-9W56svb , but in reality, they will be on the same level, causing the card of the first container to be positioned underneath.

To assist you effectively, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

    Best Regards,

    Hey Guys,

I understand your point, but first of all, your screenshot isn’t visible, so I’m not able to understand what you’re referring to.

Secondly, you’re requesting access, so I’ll grant you access. Please check it once and if possible, fix it.

Also, please make a video of it so that I can fix it myself in the future. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Dear @Bagwani,

We have noticed that you are utilizing Elementor Motion effects for your header containers. To achieve a sticky “black bar” above the subsequent container, we have adjusted the offset for the main container to match the height of the “black bar” container. You can view the adjustment here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49560789?key=3a00a0f0c1844f4c5dae8b1cebefb2bc.

Could you please review the results and confirm if it meets your requirements?

    Best Regards,

    Hi Team,

Thanks for making it sticky, but can you please check why the text line is not coming on the center of all?

It looks like it is at the top and does not match the alignment.
    (on the mobile version).

    Thank you,
