    Dear Xstore Team,

We would like to have our header edited so that the dropdown resembles the one in the attached image. Could you please advise us on the exact settings we need to apply to achieve a similar display? We would appreciate a prompt response.

    Thank you very much.

    Kind regards,
    Crispy123

Hello, we encountered an issue on our website where the mega menu and images were displaying poorly (if not outright bugged). Subsequently, we deactivated CSS optimization through the WPRocket plugin, which resolved the problem with the mega menu but not with the images. However, we don’t want to entirely forgo CSS optimization. Is there a way to enable CSS optimization without encountering these issues, or to exclude the mega menu from the settings? Additionally, how can we address the problem with the images? Screenshots of the errors are attached for reference.

    Hello, @Crispy123,

1/ We would like to kindly advise against utilizing identical settings within both the XStore > Speed Optimization feature and the WP Rocket cache plugin. This precaution is necessary to prevent any potential conflicts between the two.

Please be informed that we have deactivated the CSS Minification option located in the XStore > Speed Optimization section. This action has successfully rectified the issue you were experiencing.

For your convenience, we have provided a reference image in the private content area.

2/ Upon a thorough review of your website, we have identified that the concurrent use of two-page builders, specifically Elementor and WPBakery, is leading to compatibility issues. To ensure optimal functionality and performance of your site, we strongly advise that you utilize only a one-page builder at any given time.

We appreciate your cooperation. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind regards,
    The 8Theme Team
