    Dear Xstore Team,

I recently launched my website and thanked everyone for the theme and support. However, some of my old customers have pointed out a couple of issues they encountered while viewing the site on mobile devices that didn’t seem right to them. Could you please fix these issues for me?

Firstly, the slider below the header used to display the entire photo, but now it’s getting cut off on mobile phones. Please align it correctly for mobile devices.

Secondly, there’s a “?” sign appearing near the footer in the right corner of the website. It includes text like “Xstore support,” which doesn’t look appropriate. Could you please remove it? This is a request.

Overall, your theme is quite good, and clients are finding the website impressive. Your assistance has been crucial in creating such a good website. Removing these two issues would greatly help me. Please help me with this.

I Attached a screenshot For this, please check & help me to resolve that. plz

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Dear Team,

My picture is set but it is not showing on the phone. Why is this happening? Please check and let me know, and set it accordingly because it is ruining the look on the phone.

The picture is not showing up when opening any website. I request you to please check and fix it because I am unable to do it myself.”

    Dear @Bagwani,

I hope this message finds you well. Upon initial review, it appears that the ‘large’ size setting for your image may not exist in your WordPress configuration, or it might have been altered by certain plugins or custom server settings. We kindly suggest selecting the ‘full’ size or other with correct width X height values for your image, as the ‘large’ setting currently shows an image size of 0x0. You can view this issue here: https://prnt.sc/qVum_n2y-jxI.

Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear Team,

As you suggested, I tried using both full size and custom size, but as you can see in the screenshot, the image is not displaying correctly in either option.

Now, please tell me what I should do. Either you set the size according to what is appropriate for mobile because this is the front of the website and it is affecting the user experience.

So, I request you to please fix it according to your preference.
    It’s a request, please.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Dear @Bagwani,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the issue regarding the invisibility of the hotspot image on your web-site has been successfully resolved. The problem was due to the opacity setting being set to a value of 0. We have reset this setting, and you should now be able to view the image without any issues.

For your reference, here is a screenshot of the corrected setting: https://prnt.sc/nDUKqNhSierQ.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear Team,

Please look at this, I have set the links in the footer(policy link & Useful link in mobile version only) to white, but they are showing as black. I have sent you a screenshot to check. When I hover the cursor over them, they show as white, but otherwise, they appear black.

This doesn’t look good with my background, so I want them to be white. However, they keep showing as black.

Please check why this is happening and fix it because I don’t understand why they are showing black when I set them to white.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanking You.
