    Hello there,

I would like to request a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to achieve the following with Elementor on the Shop page:

    1. Add a banner above, below, or next to the product listings.

    2. Restore the original banner that was previously on the Shop page and understand how to reinsert it in its original location.

3.Edit the restored banner to customize its design and content.

I have attached an image of the original banner that was displayed at the very beginning. Unfortunately, I am unable to restore it myself and would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.

    Best regards,
    Attila

Thank you for your response to my earlier query. I truly appreciate your guidance.

However, I would like to clarify that I am currently using the free version of Elementor and would need a solution compatible with this version.

Could you please provide a step-by-step guide that specifically works without requiring Elementor Pro?

To provide additional context, I have now activated the Pro version of Elementor, but I am encountering an issue specifically with the Product Archive Builder option.
When I try to add or restore the banner, the following error appears (screenshot attached).

Thank you for your continued assistance with my issue. Unfortunately, I am still unable to resolve the problem.

It seems the method you initially recommended—editing the template—is not working because no template has been created yet. I currently have a default template in place, and I am unsure how to proceed from here to achieve the following:

I would like to align the current category page with the design shown in the attached template. However, I would like to:

    1. Retain the existing header and footer as they are.
    2. Ensure the middle section of the page matches the layout and design from the template in the attachment.
Could you please provide detailed instructions or a step-by-step guide on how to achieve this using Elementor Pro

I need to make it clear that we will no longer permit access to our site moving forward. When we first reached out for assistance, there were no issues with how support was handled. However, what happened this time—deactivating all plugins on a live webshop without any prior communication—is completely unacceptable.

This is not just a technical issue; it directly impacts our business operations and customer trust. Such actions cannot and will not be tolerated again.

    Thank you for your help..

Thank you for clarifying that it wasn’t your team who deactivated the plugins. However, the issue still hasn’t been fully resolved, and I need your assistance to address the following:

I purchased Elementor Pro, and while you installed the Pro Elements plugin, it seems the Elementor Pro plugin was deactivated in the process. For my workflow, I need to use Elementor Pro, as that is the plugin I purchased to manage the process seamlessly.

I have now reactivated Elementor Pro, but it still isn’t working as expected. Could you confirm if I need to deactivate the Pro Elements plugin to make Elementor Pro function properly? Or is there a specific configuration required to avoid conflicts between these two plugins?

I appreciate your guidance in resolving this so I can fully utilize the plugin I purchased.

    Hello, @Szocs Attila,

    Thank you for your response.

Kindly navigate to WordPress dashboard > Plugins > and deactivate the Pro Elements plugin, as using both simultaneously may cause conflicts.

Afterward, If the issue persists, Please provide your site valid wp-admin access in the private content area so we can take a closer look at your settings and help you.

Despite deactivating the Pro Elements plugin and reactivating Elementor Pro, the issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, I can no longer allow access to my site for troubleshooting.

Please provide clear instructions on how I can resolve this issue myself and ensure that Elementor Pro works as intended.

    Thank you for your understanding.
