Dear Team,
Thank you very much for your hard work on the speed optimization. However, the website is still very slow. Could you please check once yourself to see if you are satisfied with it? My browser cache is clear, yet the website loads very slowly, and it’s even slower on users’ phones and laptops. I request you to please check again to ensure no settings have been missed, so your efforts can be fully successful.
Also, ever since you implemented these speed optimization codes on the website, updates have taken a long time to reflect. For instance, when I change an image or update something from the backend, it takes 1-2 hours to appear on the website. Could you guide me on the reason behind this?
Please take a look from your end once. Your help would be greatly appreciated, and I’m very thankful for all your assistance so far.
Regards,
BAGWANI
Dear @Bagwani,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of the recent enhancements we have implemented on your website, as part of our commitment to delivering optimal performance and user experience.
1. We have activated the XStore Ajaxify option for several widgets on your homepage. This action is in line with our recommendations for similar customer requests and is intended to enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of your site ( https://www.8theme.com/topic/error-message-while-debugging-the-website/#post-405279).
2. Additionally, we have configured the settings within your Theme Options under the “Speed Optimizations” section to further improve site performance.
3. The modifications have yielded significant improvements, which are detailed in the private content attached to this email.
You should clear the cache in your cache plugin after such modifications to not wait 1-2hours but see the changes in few sec.
Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,
Jack Richardson

Hey Guys,
I just noticed that you’ve deactivated this WordPress plugin. What’s the reason for this?
You mentioned earlier that it would significantly improve the website’s speed. Why did you deactivate it?
Pls let me know the reason behind that..
Are you making any updates or changes to the website which led you to deactivate it?
Thanking You to understand.
Regards,
BAGWANI
Dear @Bagwani,
I hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that upon review, it was identified that the code added to your website through a plugin by another support manager inadvertently disabled the lazy-loading (XStore Ajaxify) feature for Elementor elements across your website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused due to the misconfiguration.
To rectify this, we have deactivated the problematic plugin and implemented the improvements previously described to ensure optimal functionality of your website.
Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hey Team,
I understand what you’re saying. Now, please look into this: when you deactivated this plugin, all the codes disappeared, and the website’s speed slowed down significantly.
I’m sending you screenshots to see where the website’s performance, which was above 90, dropped below 30 again, and the load time went from 2-3 seconds to 18-20 seconds. It feels like we’re back to square one.
Please take a look at this and use your technical expertise to fix it. It’s a small request…
if this continues, users might leave the website without making any purchases.
Please review this and resolve it.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
“Moreover, my backend has also become slow again, and the same issues are affecting backend operations as well. Please take a look at this once. This is my request to you.”

BAGWANI
Dear @Bagwani,
I hope this message finds you well. We have recently conducted a test on your website using the same tester and are pleased to report favorable results, which are attached below for your review.
We recommend that you perform a test on your website using GTmetrix, where you will find suggestions for potential improvements. Please find the URL with the results attached below for your convenience.
To enhance the performance of your homepage, we have activated lazy-loading for your YouTube videos. This adjustment addresses one of the top improvement suggestions from GTmetrix regarding the YouTube loading script. You can view the changes here: https://gyazo.com/62683ac4600fd991197544d005779cb9 and the GTmetrix suggestion here: https://gyazo.com/4c8b543f254afddcaade182facff0383.
Additionally, GTmetrix has identified that the most resource-intensive queries are from Instagram. Since you are using an additional plugin to display Instagram content, we advise consulting their documentation for code optimization, available at https://quadlayers.com/documentation/instagram-feed-gallery/.
If any of your containers or sections have backgrounds, we recommend enabling the ‘Lazy Load Background Image’ option to further improve load times. Details can be found here: https://gyazo.com/96fe49d56e1eba16905acac39bfc44a5.
Moreover, we suggest considering the restyling of one section across different devices instead of loading multiple sections with similar content and hiding them on certain devices. This approach can be viewed here: https://gyazo.com/b2eb23ba1884fcc8f19c086399c32fbe.
We have also noted your use of the XStore Ajaxify option. While we understand your desire to optimize your website’s speed, please be reminded that unique website speed optimization is beyond the scope of our support, as previously mentioned. We encourage you to review our suggestions and implement them where possible.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We are committed to assisting you within the scope of our support and guiding you towards the best practices for website performance.
Best regards,

Dear Team,
Hi guys, I understand what you’re saying now. But can you please tell me why you deactivated that WP CODE plugin? It significantly improved the website speed, everything was working great. The speed had improved up to 80%. But now, for some reason, you’ve deactivated it, and the website speed has become very bad again. I request you to please activate the plugin again with the same codes as before so that the website speed improves significantly, just like last time.
I checked my website’s performance on Google PageSpeed, and it shows 20 for mobile performance and 40 for desktop performance, which is very poor. After writing those codes, the speed improved a lot. So, I request you to please take a look at that plugin codes again and also apply any other changes you mentioned to enhance the speed.
Sir, I kindly request you to thoroughly review and enhance the speed again. My users are facing a lot of problems. You’ve done it before, so I believe you can do it again.
Please, sir, it’s a small request from me.
Regards,
BAGWANI
Dear @Bagwani,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to inform you that activating the plugin does not require specialized skills, and you should be able to do it yourself. However, we have previously sent you screenshots demonstrating that the plugin performs satisfactorily on both desktop and mobile devices when tested on our end.
Please note that we have deactivated the plugin following consultations with our developers. The additional code that was implemented appeared to slow down the system rather than enhance its performance. Should you observe better results with the plugin and its snippets activated, please feel free to reactivate it at your convenience.
Should you require any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,

I hope this message finds you well. Based on your expertise and technical knowledge in this field, I kindly request you review the codes in the plugin. If you find it appropriate, please make the necessary adjustments to enhance website speed and performance. Your insights and adjustments would be greatly appreciated.
I understand that activating a plugin is not overly complicated, and I could do it myself. However, I refrained from doing so because you mentioned that this plugin was deactivated by our developer. Hence, I would appreciate it if you could review the codes and make necessary changes to improve the website’s performance.
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.

Dear Sir,
Sir, I understand everything you’re saying, but I think there might be a misunderstanding. I’m simply saying that I can activate the plugin myself, but you mentioned there might be errors in the code affecting the website’s speed. So, all I’m requesting is for you to please take a look at those codes and modify them with your technical expertise so that the website’s speed remains excellent.
-You are a technical expert.
-You have professional skills in this field.
-You are the developer of this theme.
-You have more knowledge about this than I do.
So, I’m just asking that you please take a moment to review those codes and make the necessary modifications so that there are no issues with the website. It’s a small request, sir. Please consider helping me with this. Your technical knowledge can greatly enhance this website. Please, sir, it’s a small request to you to modify the codes and activate the plugin so that the website runs as smoothly as before.
I am waiting for your positive answer.
Thanking You in Advance.

Hey Dear Sir,
Sir, I understand your point that this is beyond your normal support scope. That’s okay. However, what I was trying to convey is that you implemented those codes yourself, and it’s because of your efforts that my website’s speed has significantly improved. I just wanted to say that if you could take another look at those codes, your hard work would be acknowledged, and it would make the website’s operation easier.
But if you’re saying this is beyond your normal support, that’s fine, sir. Could you please just confirm if the codes you implemented are correct so I can proceed with activating the plugin? That’s all I’m asking.
Thank you So much for your support.
Regards,
BAGWANI
Hello @Bagwani
Yes, we can confirm the codes we implemented are correct so you can proceed with activating the plugin.
Kind regards,

Hey Guys,
Yes, I’ve activated the plugin, and there are 4 codes in it, out of which 2 are enabled and 2 are disabled.
Could you please check if the 2 disabled codes should be enabled or should they remain disabled?
Kindly review it once and let me know your decision or check it according to your professional developer skills.
Pls, It’s a small request from me.
Thank You In Advance.

BAGWANI
Hi @Bagwani,
Please deactivate the Disable Ajaxify code and keep the first one.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Dear Team,
Sir, please tell me one thing, if these two options are already disabled in the “wp code plugin” and you are now saying to disable the Ajaxify option as well, then what’s the benefit of activating this plugin?
I have a small request, could you please take a look and see if making a slight change to your code could improve the website?
Please sir…….
One more thing, Over the past 10-12 days, I’ve been facing an issue where whenever I make any changes like image or font color on the website, they reflect on the frontend after two days.
However, purging the cache should make them update instantly. I kindly request you to check these codes or something else and make necessary modifications if needed so that this problem does not persist on the website.
For example, I’m sending you this screenshot. You can see on the shop page I’ve added this image, and it’s showing perfectly here. But if you go and check it on the frontend, the image is not showing there at all, even though it’s been over 2 hours since I uploaded it. I’ve already purged the cache, but still no change.
Please, sir, it’s a small request.
Regards,
BAGWANI

1. You don’t have the child theme on your website, so we couldn’t add any custom codes then we had to install the WPCode plugin. For the first code, please take a look at this ticket to understand the first code is used for: Sir, please tell me one thing, if these two options are already disabled in the “wp code plugin” and you are now saying to disable the Ajaxify option as well, then what’s the benefit of activating this plugin?
