We are excited to inform you that Veeemart.in, our e-commerce platform developed with the invaluable assistance of your team, is nearing its launch. As we approach this crucial milestone, we have decided to conduct a Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) to ensure the platform’s security.

However, if your team can provide assurance that our platform is fully secure and a VAPT test is unnecessary, we would be willing to forego the test based on your confirmation. In this case, please send us a confirmation email assuring us of the platform’s security. Once we receive your confirmation, we will proceed with the launch of our website.

We would like to clarify that our support forum is dedicated to addressing bugs or issues related to our theme. However, we do not offer Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) services for customer websites. For such needs, we recommend exploring specialized services such as Patchstack (https://patchstack.com/) or Wordfence (https://www.wordfence.com/).

It is important to note that over the past six months, we have received a few critical requests from our clients following assessments by such services after testing of their web-sites. All identified issues were promptly addressed and rectified in the subsequent security update of XStore v9.3.9 / XStore Core v5.3.9. Since this update, we have not received further inquiries regarding these issues, which reassures us that all issues have been successfully resolved.

We assure you that our theme is free of critical vulnerabilities. However, should any issues arise, we are committed to releasing an expedited update to address them promptly. We take the security of our projects and the trust of our clients very seriously.
