Request to enhance product pages by adding new tabs to improve user experience.

Dear Technical Support Team,

We would like to request an enhancement to our product pages by adding new tabs to improve the overall user experience.

We propose adding the following tabs to all current and future product pages:

Detailed Description: A clear and comprehensive explanation of the product’s features and benefits.
Product Specifications: Technical details such as dimensions, weight, and materials used.
Ingredients: A transparent list of product ingredients to cater to customers with allergies or dietary restrictions.
Product Benefits: Highlighting the unique advantages of the product and how customers can benefit from them.
How to Use: A clear and simple guide on how to use the product.
Frequently Asked Questions: Answers to common customer queries.
We kindly request that these tabs be designed in an attractive and user-friendly manner, ensuring they align with the overall website design.

We understand the importance of providing a seamless and informative user experience for your customers. Adding the proposed tabs—Detailed Description, Product Specifications, Ingredients, Product Benefits, How to Use, and Frequently Asked Questions—would indeed be a valuable enhancement to your product pages.

At present, XStore allows for the addition of only one custom tab with content for each individual product. This can be configured by navigating to **Edit Product > XStore Options**. For your reference, we have provided an image in the private content area.

However, if you wish to add multiple custom tabs globally across all products, you can achieve this by using the **XStore Builder**. Simply go to **Single Product Builder with Elementor**, add the desired product tabs, and update the settings. These tabs will then be displayed on all products.

Hello support team,

I was able to successfully create the tabs, but I’m having trouble finding a text box within each tab to add information, like the one in the “Description” tab on the product page.

Could you please help me with how to add these text boxes?

Thank you for your response.

All available tab settings you can find via XStore Builders > Single product Builder via Elementor > Edit template > Tabs settings. For example, https://prnt.sc/_rpLbjLmnVms will show content from product editor > XStore Options > Single layout > custom tab – https://prnt.sc/Z-HoZGnCZSO6

Unfortunately, there is no simple way to add an additional unique custom tab to a single product. However, you are welcome to submit a customization request through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel

Please note that this type of customization falls outside the scope of our standard support services and is therefore not available through our support forum.

Or You can use any third-party plugin for it, which better meets your requirements but at your own risk.
