Hi there,
I have had complaints from customers that they cannot reset their password. When I tested there seems to be an issue with the Email Builder email.
I have used the correct setting in the email builder but as you can see from the video it just doesn’t work.
Your help would be greatly appreciated please

1/ Please check how it works when the Email builder is disabled.
2/ Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
3/ Describe your goal/the desired result in detail.

Hi I can’t see where to disable the email builder – it doesn’t give me the option. My only option is to delete the email.
I have provided admin access.
The customer should be able to successfully reset their password and once they have done so it should redirect them to https://pawshtails.com/my-account/ so they can login.

2/ We tested how it works without our Email builder → https://prnt.sc/nzvZ72VDWC11 and the link redirects us to the same page as with Email builder. In such case, this question is not related to our theme and should be asked on the WooCommerce support forum https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ or your hosting provider first (because the reset password page could be disabled with code on the server → https://www.mail-mechanic.com/password-reset-fixes#reset-login-page ).
