    Dear @Saboor,

I hope this message finds you well. We kindly request that you provide us with the correct WP-ADMIN credentials at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to address and enhance the settings in your header builder concerning the “accessible names” issue.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that the issue regarding the “[maximum-scale]” can be resolved by activating the “Mobile User-Scalable” option located in Theme Options -> General.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear @Saboor,

We are pleased to inform you that the accessibility issues previously identified in the theme archive have been successfully resolved. These improvements will be incorporated in the forthcoming update of the theme.

Additionally, we have already implemented these changes on your website. The specific issue related to ‘maximum-scale’ has been addressed by activating the option outlined in our previous correspondence, which can be reviewed here: https://prnt.sc/XcNNoaEt8Tqm.

Should you have any further inquiries or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Hello Jack,

Thank you for your help. I can see the improvements already on pagespeed insights. Desktop version is so far very great now. However, I need little help with mobile version. Please see the screenshot.

The logo is being considered as LCP. I tried to fix it but no luck. Also, there is some unused CSS.

Lastly, it shows links are not crawlable for specific element.

You may check the pagespeed insights of my website on your end also.

I shared it in private content area.

    Thank you

    Dear @Saboor,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to recommend that you adjust the width setting of your logo on Tablet device as illustrated in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/MYBupNsScPem. Please note that we attempted to make this adjustment on our end, but it appears that an active CDN cache is preventing any changes from being visible on the frontend.

Regarding your inquiry about “CRAWLING AND INDEXING,” we advise that you contact Elementor support directly. The issue originates from the HTML used in Elementor’s ‘Toggle’ widget, and as such, it requires a fix within their codebase.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
