Responsive customization on mobile version

Hi I’m designing a web page and now trying to optimize the look for mobile devices. There are a couple of images that don’t display well on mobiles (on tablets ok). The hight is shrinked to a bare minimum and I can’t find the way to increase it.
Also the distance between the icons and the titles is too narrow and it does not move whern I try to increase the distance with the titles
Can you help?
I attach two screenshots for better understanding.
