Hi,
I need help to fix responsive issue on website. As I see its showing different home page in mobile view so could you tell me how to set home page in responsive and all related to responsive view. Its looking very bad on mobile view. As in documentation I didn’t found any article for responsive view.

Hello, @Manish Gupta,

There is a possibility that a third-party plugin conflicts with the AMP plugin and causes the issue. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

OR simply try to deactivate the AMP plugin on your site and check back.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Be attentive, don’t post private information out of the Private content area because it will be visible to all the users of the forum. Only content that you place in Private content is visible to the support staff only.

Your issue is resolved now, please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
