Hi there,
I have Responsive enabled in my design, but the mobile menu is missing…
I have tried deactivating all my plugins, not helping. I have tried removing all my custom style, not helping.
What do I do? I need this to work really really soon.
Thanks
Lykke
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP credentials.
Thank you.

Okay thanks
Hello,
The problem is caused by the Visual Composer plugin. Please deactivate it and the menu will appear.
Also you can try to contact support team of the Visual Composer plugin and their specialists will look at this issue more deeply.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Hi
Okay I’m contacting them, but I got to say, it’s really not cool that this theme is not compatible with the largest drag and drop content plugin outthere, that should be something that others should be informed about on Codecanyon comments, as both Royal and Legenda is working fine with VC, it’s a serious difference.
WPbakery will probably tell me that it’s more on your end, and I would agree, I mean, 2 of your other themes are both working fine with VC, so can you help me figure out the difference that makes your other themes mobile compatible with Visual Composer, and not this one, so I can fix it?
There has to be a fix for this! Please help me out.
Lykke
Hello,
Sorry, but IDstore theme is not compatible with Visual Composer plugin. You need use Legenda, Royal, TheLeader or WooPress theme where Visual Composer plugin is 100% compatible.
Thank you for understanding.

Robert Hall.
I really don’t understand, who would?
Please provide a fix for this, or refund, this is really “the theme was not as I expected”; Since I have used your other themes, I expected this would be the same quality.
Would you blame me for thinking that? You usually, as you confirm yourself, create themes compatible with other plugins, and that is expected these days, it’s a little sloppy or lazy perhaps.
I can’t just change theme 2 days before deadline and redesign everything with a different theme, because you didn’t inform about this.
Anyway, I need to inform others, as so many people use VC and they should know not to purchase this theme and end up in this situation, thank you for understanding.
Hello,
Could you please ask your host to check error_log file for your site and give us any errors that are related to our theme and Visual Composer plugin? Or please provide us with that file, upload it via FTP to your site files.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Thank you,
I would love to, but the error log is empty, meaning, system is detecting no errors. You can check on FTP /public_html/logs
Also, if it’s an error, that means your theme should be compatible, so it doesn’t make much sense.
Anyway, what other options are there?
Lykke
Hosting support says WP bugs wont be stored in that log file. And refers me to this https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
I am not sure what to do now?
Lykke
Hello,
Did you remove Visual Composer plugin?
Please reupload it to be able to debug any errors.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Oh yes sorry, I completely forgot 🙁
I have installed and activated Visual Composer again
Thank you so much for helping us!
Lykke
Hello,
Could you please ask your host to check error_log on a server of your site?
Unfortunately debugging shows nothing.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
The error log is empty.
And there shouldn’t be any error. You told me a few days ago, that this theme is actually not working with Visual composer – but your other themes are, so if it isn’t the same quality as the other themes to begin with, then there is no error, only uncompleted work.
Visual Composer has no functionality that interacts with any main or mobile navigation.
You build these themes yourself, you should know how it works, and how you built the other themes to not have any problems like this, it should be possible to tell the difference, or?
Any solution would be great 🙂
Thanks
Lykke
Hello,
We’ve added this code in custom.css:
.et-menu-title i.icon-reorder {
font-family: FontAwesome;
}
.et-menu-title i.icon-reorder:before {
content: "\f0c9";
font-style: normal;
display: block;
color: #2cbfd9;
}
Now mobile menu icon is shown.
Please check.
Also please note we don’t have any notification that IDStore theme is compatible with Visual Composer plugin. We can’t make all plugins compatible with the theme as you know there is huge amount of them.
You had to ask us about compatibility before purchasing the plugin.
Fixing such issues is beyond of our support scope.
We can’t guarantee proper work of 3rd-party plugin if it’s not included in the theme package.
Thank you for understanding.

Eva Kemp.
Great, that is perfect, thank you so much! It solved the issue perfectly, – and that was my preferred solution.
Can I ask one more thing. I have a table from a plugin TablePress, and it’s not responsive, so I want to use CSS to hide some columns in mobile size view.
But I can’t find any div’s that has classes or ID’s that only are present in mobile size view that can be used for targeting that specifically.
Is there any wrapper at all, only present in mobile view?
Thanks
Lykke
Hello,
Please provide us with a page link where the table is shown.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
