My responsive menu disappeared on a site in development this week. I am not sure of the cause. Can you help?
Hello,
Have you enabled Responsive design in Theme Options > Responsive?
Please check.
Also please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I sent information requested. Have you had a chance to look at the problem?
Hello,
Where have you sent it to? Please write the credentials on this forum in Private Content. It will be visible to administrators only.

Eva Kemp.
Here is a second try; See private.
Here is the site address again.
Hello,
Sorry, but the details to wp-admin panel are incorrect. We’re unable to log in.
Please check them.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I apologies again.
Hello,
Responsive doesn’t work because you’re using boxed layout. Try to select wide layout in Theme Options -> General -> Site Layout.

Thank you Robert for the resolution, but there must be another cause. I have tried several different options; removing all, changing, switching themes, and changing all options I can think of but cannot get mobile menu to reappear. It was showing until… well, who knows? The client did upload a new header logo and worked a bit on some widgets they wanted for the footer.
I use the same settings and programming on another site I did for an associated store in February. The menu works perfectly. These two sites are set up very similar. http://www.kinggalleries.com
Is there anything more you can check into, or suggest? Thank you in advance, Don
Hello,
You have some problem in your custom.css file. If you disable this file in Theme Options -> Custom CSS menu responsive will be work fine. Try to check it now.
