    Hello!

    I have a problem with responsive. At a sudden moment it does not work anymore. 🙁 Can you help?

    Website is http://www.qidhoutenspeelgoed.nl

    I believed it had something to do with the parallax effect on the homepage. So cancelled the styling to default and even deleted the image. But this did not help. So I put back the image again.

    The website is not responsive on any device I tested: iphone 4, ipad 2, resizing Chrome.

    I am using Legenda version 2.2. I want to update, but first wanted to check with you.

    ps: nice job on this theme.

    Regards,

    George

    Hello,

    Have you enabled Responsive design in Theme Options > Responsive?
    Please check it.
    If the problem still persists please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

    I just updated the theme to version 2.3 just as you mentioned. Unfortunately, the site is still not working in responsive mode. Can you check again please?

    Hello,

    Are you checking the site resizing the browser or on some mobile device?
    I’ve just checked it in Chrome with iPhone emulation and responsive is working fine.

    Please check it again.
    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

    We have checked in both manners this morning on desktop, mobile and a variaty of browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). But…

    We checked it just now but it looks much better now! Responsive is working. 🙂

    But one more thing. If you look at the homepage on ipad and iphone, you’ll see that the image (with parallax effect and search form) is not properly scaled. We followed the steps as mentioned in your documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html.

    Screenshot ipad
    Screenshot iphone

    Can you please check?

    We were working on this last time and then at a sudden moment, responsive was broken. I hope this will not happen again.

    Many thanks!

    Hello,

    I’ve added the following code into custom.css file for parallax image:

    @media (max-width: 767px){
    .content.span12 .et_section {
    width: 100% !important;
    }
    }

    Please check it now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi there!

    Thanks again. It is working! But is there a reason why you have deactivated W3 Total Cache plugin? Must be something with it, right?

    So I activated the plugin again and what happen is that responsive is not working, again. 🙁

    Do you happen to know which configuration is wrong in W3 Total Cache plugin? I can imagine that more customers use this plugin?

    Hello,

    I’ve deactivated the cache plugin because it’s difficult to see changes with it, as the site is cached and new modifications may be invisible.
    Try to disable it and check your site again.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

    I did. I enable it and I disable it. And what happens is that the parallax effect is not working properly when the W3 Total Cache plugin is activated. 🙁

    I enable it now. Can you check please?
