Dear 8theme,

I have installed Legenda on my site: thunaplanner.com. But it’s not working accordingly on tablet and mobile devices. Could you please tell me how to fix this problem. I also looked at other sites using the same theme, and they are looking really good on mobile.

Please help.

Hello,

Please check if you enabled responsive design in Theme Options > Responsive.
If the problems are still there please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

The responsive was always enabled. But still not working.

Can I just delete the old legenda theme in WP dashboard and then reinstall the legenda update theme?

Hi Emma,

Can you please send me the link where I can download Legenda 2.5? I got the latest download from here. I choose the “Installable WordPress file only” option. It’s about 12.5mb in size.
I got the link from the update email reminder I got on Dec 12th. But after telling my IT guy to upload it to the server it still the Legenda v2.4.

Hi Emma,

I got the Legenda theme v2.5. But the responsive is still not working on thunaplanner.com. I opened my site on the ipad and the page is still like before. Is there anything I can do to make my site fully responsive?
