How do I make my product pages and category pages responsive. The theme settings aren’t applying to those for some reason.

Not sure how to provide screenshots to show what I mean

but my website is not responsive at all on mobile phones, you can’t scroll left or right to see categories

Also revslider that came with the theme is corrupted, how do I update it?

Hello,

Please go to https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ page and you’ll get access to all necessary plugins.
Do you have this issue with our theme or with Storefront theme too?
Also, try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check the problem.

Connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/

Hello,

The problem is caused by one of your 3rd-party plugins. When I disabled them all there was no responsive problem. Try to check it yourself. You can deactivate the plugins one by one to find out what is causing the issue.

I uninstalled the theme then re-installed it but still can’t get my site to be responsive on my mobile and the templates wont update

I also uninstalled woocommerce, then uninstalled the theme

then re-installed the theme, and still the templates didn’t update

What else do I need to do to get them to update?

Please ignore the message about outdated files http://prntscr.com/fsujkp, it will be fixed in new theme update.
Try to disable all of your plugins except than woocommerce, clear cache and check the site on mobile.
