Hello ! I have the legenda theme , and i’m trying to update my current version. 4.2.1 to the last one following the steps indicated in the link below:

https://www.themepunch.com/faq/update-plugin-packaged-theme/

but when the file is charged I have a forbiden message. what can i do?

Hello,

Do you mean that you can’t download revolution slider archive from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ to update plugin via FTP?

Thank you for yout answer.

Actually, I have successfully download the revolution slider from the 8theme page, but when I try to update in wordpress, I can’t, and there is this message:

Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.
Web Server at majadogourmet.com

hello,

I have tried to do that via ftp , but it cause an error in my wp-admin interface.

Is it compatible with wordpress 5.0.3 ?

What error do you get?
We did not find compatibility problems.
