Reveloution slider is not working is just keep trying to load?

hello,

i have upgrade theme to the latest and still my reveloution slider is not working is just keep trying to load.

please advice quick as this is a live site.

here is my version:

Blanco: 2.9.4 WC-version: 2.2.10 WC-databasversion: 2.2.10 WP-version: 4.0.1 serverinfo: Apache PHP-version: 5.4.35 MySQL-version: 5.5.40

Hello,

what is your Revolution Slider version? Have you updated it? Please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content.

Hello Stan,

i followed your instruction regarding upgrading it said nothing about Reveloution slider.

i am using Version: 4.6.0 where do i get the latest version?

we can send you Revolution Slider v 4.6.5. – just provide us with your e-mail. If plugin update will not help – please provide us with admin access and we will investigate problem more deep.
