It works on mobilephones but not on the computer. I have many customers that tells me the same.
They tell me that the E-mail and Namebar is gone. And when they write there reviews the page give them an error(Error: fill in Name and E-mail).
Why does this works on the mobile but not at the computers?
They are also registred customers and logged in.
Hello,
I’ve just left a review for the product “Englelys – lykt” successfully.
Please check.
Could you please show a screenshot of the error?
Thank you.

Hello,
That’s the normal review box for logged in customer.
What is it that doesn’t satisfy you?
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Because that It was that my customer see when he is logged in.
But he got an error that he needs an name and e-mail. There are no place to put it.
He cant logout. The site ask if he is sure he want to loggout. And he said Yes. But the site will not let him loggout. Hes still logged in.
The same happends with the cart. If you remove something Its gone, but when you download the site again its right there.
And the wishlist too….
The code are in that page. But the page is blank.
Hello,
I’ve deactivated cache plugin and removed cache from your site via FTP.
Also I’ve reuploaded “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress.
Now please clear your browser cache or check the site in another browser.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
