Hi everyone,
I just noticed that the product review feature on our site is acting a little wonky. On the back end (dashboard home page), it shows everyone has given five stars (we only have a handful of reviews), but on the front end- all those reviews are showing up as 4 stars instead.
Any suggestions?

Hi Eva,
I’ve put it in the private content section. Let me know if you are unable to see it for some reason.
Thank you!

Hello,
The problem is with your child theme. If you enable parent theme you’ll see star rating is shown correctly. So please check your customizations in the child theme.

Hello
Please add following code into the custom.css:
.star-rating[title="Rated 5.00 out of 5"] span {width:66px!important}
You may watch here how to create custom.css:

You may also add other width values for each rating element(4 out of5 etc.) using example above.
With best regards
