    Hi Guys,

    I hope you can help me with the following issue.

    http://glamourhairandfashion.com.au/

    There should be revo slider under the menu. I added <div style=”background: #fafafa;”>[rev_slider main]</div> but nothing happens…

    also [etheme_featured] is totally messed up, no it’s in two lines and the carousel is not working.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    Seems you’ve installed the theme incorrectly. There are a lot of errors and some files are missed.

    Try to reinstall it. Also please follow our instructions https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/index.html#!/installation
    Please note Woocommerce plugin must be installed before the theme installation.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    I don’t know what am I doing wrong, I copy the theme files to the folder. I even set everything to 777 permission, but it’s still not working.

    First thing that pops is the twitterauth error.

    I tried it on a fresh WP, followed instructions to the letter but still comes up with this…

    Warning: require_once(OAuth.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/omnidesi/public_html/omni/wp-content/themes/idstore/code/twitteroauth/twitteroauth.php on line 10

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘OAuth.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/omnidesi/public_html/omni/wp-content/themes/idstore/code/twitteroauth/twitteroauth.php on line 10

    I don’t know what I am doing, wrong, is this something on server side?

    I installed like 100 WP themes before, it’s never happened to me…

    Please help…

    Hello,
    have almost the same issues, besides theliosc expand your php upload limits (it is regarding your errors )
    OK, so my problem is that all documentation is out of date and there is missing a lot of information how to set up it manually. So please update the themes installation documentation or return the money.
    1. banner installation proceeds (not importing)
    a. how to set up on main page ? as per advertised example ?
    b. I’ve downloaded already 3 documentations with updates so why then we buying templates we gain old documentations ?
    c. Documentations about main sliders on the theme is poor, need full documentations how to use in this particular theme not documentations from slider creators.

    Revolution Slider

    To setup Revolution Slider follow the next steps:
    ◾ Navigate to Revolution Slider.
    ◾ If you want, you may use our demo slides by importing the idstore-revolution-slider-sample.zip file.
    ◾ Upload file and next push Import Slider button.
    ◾ Also you may create new slider. Navigate to Revolution Slider -> Create New Slider.
    ◾ After that you will reach a form where you are prompted to enter the Sliders Basic Settings, a Slider Title and a Slider Alias.
    ◾ The next step is creating/editing slides. Insert the slider content.
    ◾ Include the Slider in our theme: from the widgets panel(drag the “Revolution Slider” widget to the desired sidebar) or from the post editor(insert the shortcode from the sliders table).
    So this is installation manual:
    Layer Slider

    To set up your Layer Slider follow the next steps:
    ◾ Navigate to Layer Slider WP.
    ◾ If you want, you may import default layer sliders by pressing Import sample sliders button
    ◾ Or create your own slider (press Add New button).
    ◾ After that you will reach a form where you are prompted to enter the slider name and set Global Settings.
    ◾ To create new slides, click on Add New Layer button.
    ◾ To add new content and animations over it, click on “add new sub layer” button for each different element you want to add.
    ◾ Once you have made your slides, press save.
    ◾ Include the Slider in our theme: from the widgets panel (drag the “Layer Slider WP” widget to the desired sidebar) or from the post editor (insert the shortcode from the sliders table).

    And I need user guide manual:
    how to, where to, …. thanks

    try to create a simple new page, in the page attributes set it as “frontpage” from dropdown menu,create a custom menu1 for example, and link this home page to the menu1.

    in the page content you can paste this information which is the banner info …. it is primitive but it is the way it works:
    <div style=”background: #fafafa;”>[rev_slider main]</div>
    <div class=”container”>
    <div class=”row banners_top_row”>
    <div class=”span4 banners-block”>
    <div class=”banner banner-transform”>
    <div class=”mask”>
    <h2>Responsive Design</h2>
    It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of page when looking at its layout.

    Hello @cursedmonk,

    We’ve taken this into our account and will correct the documentation.
    If you need the detailed information regarding slider settings, you should refer to the documentation of the Revolution Slider plugin, as we are not the authors of the plugin.
    We can help you to import our default slider.
    Also if you have some difficulties please specify which ones and we’ll try to assist you.
    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
