Hi,
when i’m trying to save a slide, i have ajax error.
i uninstall the plugin and reinstall it but the same problem 🙁

Hello,

WP credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
Also check if the issue with slider persists with other theme or only with our theme.

i install another theme and the problem is the same. i uninstall the last plugin i installed(W3 cache) but same thing

Hello,

If the problem persists with other theme too then it is related to the plugin. Try to increase memory limit on a server and check slider after that.

the memory is already increased to 256M. Do i have to increase more than 256M?

The problem may be related to your server. Ask your hosting provider support to check ModSecurity rules, also let them check error_log files to get more information what is causing this.

I found the problem. i updated the firewall plugin( Ninja Firewall)last week. After deactivate it, i don’t have the error anymore
