Revolution Slider is blank - by corinneo

Hello

I have the last version of WordPress and Woocommerce.
I bought Woopress theme yesterday and I’m trying to install it.
I have a strong issue with the plugin “Revolution Slider” that is blank on my homepage.
I installed it, activated it, took the “home” slider (as in the demo), add some slides in it but it doesn’t work.
I tried to insert the shortcode directly on the homepage but it is blank too.
I have a sort of grey area but no picture is shown.

Could you help me please?

Hello

After the theme updating, the problem remains the same.
My revolution slider “home” is still blank! I have a big grey area with no pictures.
I have tried the shortcode and that’s the same result.
On my homepage, no picure is shown on the slider.
How can I make it work like in the demo please?

Some plugin is causing the issue.
Please deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check the site.

Might be worth mentioning how you resolved the issue to help someone else who maybe has a similar issue i.e. a certain plugin?

If you have the same issue, make sure to DELETE (not just desactivate) these plugins:

– WP JQUERY SLIDER
– TINY CAROUSEL HORIZONTAL SLIDER

These two were involved in the non working Revolution Slider, the non working tchat and I could not have the back to top button neither.
