Revolution slider not working - by xbobsix1

Hello.

I have a really weird problem with slider revolution.
I wanted to disable the 3D parallax on the button, to make it more phone and tablet friendly, but now the button has completely stopped working. The 3D parallax was the only thing i changed, and its really odd to me, that it has completely stopped working.

I still have the action, on click to enter a link, but the button is completely unresponsive. The button also still has the hover function, but that does not respond either. It honestly acts like it’s under som layer, but i have played around with the z-index, and nothing seems to help. I can also not mark the text. I have made a GIF to hopefully help you understand:

In the video/GIF, i am constantly using the mouse button.

Thank you for the response. I added the code in styling -> custom CSS and then the tablet and phone views, but it did not solve my problem unfortunately.

I provided you admin access, so it would be awesome if you could take a look at it.

ohh god. I am terribly sorry. I just tried adding the code to the additional CSS, and i see that it was me that completely misunderstood. Thank you alot for the support!

Just a quick question.
Can i somewhere enable so the revolution slider, kan be slided by the finger on any device? right now the usability on the slider on phone and tablet is not as great as i would like.

Hello.
Thank you, i will take a look at that.
The links in revolution sliders works on PC now, but still does not work on phone for some reason. You can try and open the website yourself, and test it on your phone.
What can i do?

Hello,

Seems this is Revolution slider bug. In your case, if you set the parallax depth for the button layer higher than for the image then image overlap the button on mobile even if this layer is disabled for the mobile in layer settings. So, choose the parallax depth for the button lower than for the image.
Or contact plugin author about this issue.

I have added temporary fix but it’s not the best solution

Can i somehow just make the revolution slider over, with the same design then? i just really need this fixed.

Hello,

As I told you I have added the fix. Have you checked your site after that?
If you need the better solution you need to contact plugin author to fix it.
