Revolution Slider not working after deploying to stage

I’ve deployed my site from development to staging and now Revolution Slider does not work. It shows that it is activated in the control panel but the sliders only show the embedded tags.

We can’t work in WP Dashboard because of the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. Please give us administrator permissions.

May we reupload theme files? Please create a backup.
