I just updated the Revolution Slider plugin and now none of my slides are showing up on the front end. The progress bar is there and the nav circles appear, but the slides are just invisible or blank. I’ve also noticed that “edit slides” area seems to be broken somehow, and all of my slide layers are missing.
Hello,
As I see it’s working fine. Please see screenshot: https://gyazo.com/77b4859e253a55fa7efdf68ca99e3fd3
Have you resolved the issue?
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Hello,
No, on my end it is still just a blank spot. Please see screenshot http://imgur.com/hnKe0R1. I have tried on multiple computers with Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer and on my mobile phone; all have the same issue.

Hello,
You gave us wp-admin credentials, but we need FTP access.
Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to provide FTP login data.
Thank you.

Edit: additional info – I’ve noticed an odd thing with the issue that I’m having: when I am logged in as admin the slider appears and seems to be working correctly, but when I view the site as a visitor (i.e. not logged in at all) the slider images won’t appear. Apparently the functionality has something to do with whether or not the user is logged in?
Hello,
We can’t connect via FTP getting the error:
Error: Could not connect to server
Is the access blocked?
Also we can’t log in to wp-admin panel because of coming soon page. Please disable it or give us correct url to wp dashboard.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I have just changed my DNS records so it may take a little time to propagate. I will let you know when the site is accessible.
Hello,
Ok, looking forward to your reply.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
