Revolution Slider not working along with category expand/collapse after the word-press update PLEASE FIX!

Could you please post a reply as to what the fix was for this? I am having the same issue. Revolution Slider and the drop down menus will not work.

Sorry, but I don’t see Revolution Slider added into home page.
I tried to add it and it was working fine.
Could you please provide me with the link where it is placed and a screenshot from your side how it’s displayed.

For some reason the slider works fine now but the category expand/collaspe (+ Buttons) do not work

Hello,

You can select “Woocommerce Product Categories” widget and drag it into Shop sidebar area. Then Select dropdown option and your categories will expand from the drop down menu.

this was the issue:

Edit file theleader/framework/etheme-functions.php , find wp_enqueue_script(‘masonry’, get_template_directory_uri().’/js/jquery.masonry.min.js’,array(),false,true); (line 50) and replace by
wp_enqueue_script(‘et_masonry’, get_template_directory_uri().’/js/jquery.masonry.min.js’,array(),false,true);

If you’re still experiencing the problem with Revolution Slider, then please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content. What actions have you done after which Revolution slider stopped working?

Hello,

Have you installed woocommerce plugin after the theme installation?
Try to reinstall the theme, but first install woocommerce. Please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/leader/index.html#!/installation
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/leader/index.html#!/woocommerce (You should install WooCommerce plugin before theme installation).

I have tried your suggestion with no luck. The submenu and revolution slider are still not working.I am getting two errors. Not sure if they are causing the problem with the menu and slider.

Hello,

There is a bug with footer demo blocks. I’ve disabled this option in Theme Options and the site started working fine.
Please check.
This bug should be fixed in the future update.
