Hello,
The problem may be caused by your server configuration or some files can’t be uploaded during the theme update (connection might be lost). Try to reupload the files again or provide us with FTP/wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content and we’ll update the theme.
Please confirm you have already create a back up of the site.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.

Hello,
The problem causes Option Forms plugin. You can deactivate it to resolve the issue.

Robert Hall.
how did you find that out?
Hello,
We deactivated the plugins one by one to find out what caused the issue.
You can check it yourself disabling the plugin Optin Forms.
