Revolution Slider Stops working when I turn on Essential Grid Plugin

My Revolution Slider stops working when I turn on the Essential Grid Plugin that runs the portfolio section on my website. Any ideas on how to fix. I just updated the theme and all of the plugins. It used to work perfect. I turned off the Essential Grid plugin because the slider is more important for now.

You need to update Slider Revolution to 5.4.6.2 version – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/ http://prntscr.com/gzbrwr

Can you help me with the update of Revolution Slider, I updated the plugin and it cleared the content in the slider. I restored from a backup but is there a specific way to update and save the content?

Hello,

Export your sliders before the update and update the plugin via FTP (connect to your server using FTP and copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/).
