Revolution slider won't display - by jz1215

My revolution slider won’t display at the top of my shop page. A Gray box just appears. I have tried to adjust the height and width to make smaller to see if it fits. Might be a margin issue also.

Please provide us with wp-admin access in Private Content as well.

Hello,

I’ve added shortcode of Revolution Slider in Theme Options > Shop > Products Page Banner and the slider is shown on the Shop page now.
Please check.

Hi,

I can’t get the Revolution slider to update to my changes. Can you check it? Also, my Visual Composer still states “Activate Copy for automatic updates”. Can you check it also?

Hello @kvaugust,

Login details are incorrect.
Please check them.
All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. These plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. Just ask and we’ll send a current version to you. We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register the products because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase the plugins directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

I have found another problem with my website. The password change function does not work which is why the login information which I provided you yesterday did not work. I thought that I had changed the password but the system did not update to the new password. Also the “lost Password” function does not work (no email was received when I tested it). I have included the correct login info below.

Hello,

The Revolution slider updates to my changes but when I try to shoe the new slider on the shop page, the changes do not display. You will only see the default slider. Can you check it?

Hello,

If you want a slider to be shown on Shop page you need insert Revolution Slider shortcode in Theme Options > Shop > Product Page Banner.

Are you trying to restore password via wp-admin panel?
Sorry, but this issue isn’t related to our theme, but to WordPress.
