Royal Landing page demo won't install

Hi,
I need to freshen up the site and while doing that I would like to use one of your template, but I cannot install any of them.

1. Theme options –>import/export –> install version (the page seems to load, but I can’t find it where)

Can you please help me to upload it?

And once upload where do I edit it?

The website is http://droidcon.gr?
If so perhaps I am doing something wrong.
Here is my process:
theme options –> improt/export –> filter by landing pages –> I select a landing page –> I click install version –> spinner is spinning and loading, the page refresh –> I go to settings –> reading and nothing appears there in the dropdown menu for the static page I would like to use (it shows me only the about page)
