    I’m currently struggling with an issue with the mobile menu in Royal Store 2.0. The first problem I’m having is that the mobile menu is not providing the user the ability to open up sub categories within the main nav bar tabs. The second issue I’m struggling with is once the user has selected a product and the user is in the product page section, the mobile menu stops working completely.

    Please advise,

    Etienne

    Yes, but there are sub categories under custom apparel and the about us section. You are unable to access those tabs. Also, if you go to a product, the menu button is disabled.

    All works well. There are arrows, near menu and very hard to see them because they are white color.
    Please add following code into custom.css file or Child theme to change color.

    .et-mobile-menu li .open-child{
    color: #000;
    }

    Robert Hall.

    You’re correct, they are there, but are in white. I added the code to my child theme’s custome.css file and the change did not occur. I’m still having the issue of being inside a single product page. Once I’m looking at a specific product, where you have the ability to order that individual product, the mobile menu does not work. Thanks for taking your time with this and responding so quickly, it’s much appreciated.

    Another issue I’m having is Royal Store 2.0 is conflicting with WooCommerce. There are many template overrides and it has caused a section to break, specifically: royal/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php. When you’re in a single product page, there are tabs underneath the product image that are labeled description, additional information, reviews, and returns & delivery that are not working correctly. I had originally brought this up with WooCommerce, but they told me to talk to the author of our theme. WooCommerce told me to request an update that’s compatible with newer versions of WooCommerce, or one that doesn’t override templates that don’t need to be.

    Thanks,

    Etienne

    Hello,

    The arrows are black now:

    Clear the cache and check again.
    I’ve updated etheme.js file. Please check the tabs now and clear browser cache before.

    Thank you.

    Thank you. The mobile menu is now working entirely throughout the site. I’m still having the same issue with the tabs in a single product page, the tabs are underneath the product image that are labeled description, additional information, reviews, and returns & delivery. Once a user clicks on one of these tabs, they are sent to the bottom of the screen, instead of the tab opening up the information inside.

    What versions of browsers you use?
    I’ve don’t see there any problem. That tabs works well when click on one of these. Please check again.

    Hello,

    I’ve successfully viewed all tabs on that page. Seems the site was cached by your Internet provider. Try to check products pages with different Internet connection.

    Thank you.
