Royal Theme after update shows wrong prices!!!

Hi, after i have updated royal to 2.1 and plugins to latest versions the following problem occurred!

I have set to show product prices including VAT 23%. Site was working fine for 3 months now. So after the updates to latest versions, When i am logged to wp-admin and hit the webpage, prices appear correct and include VAT 23%.
When i am logged out the wp-admin prices appear without the VAT 23%. I checked in woo-commerce settings, all settings again, i checked in theme options everything in case you have added any new options, no luck! Prices are shown without vat price added!

Hello,

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
Did you make any changes in the theme files?
