    We purchased a new license for the Royal template a few days ago, but it was impossible to install it. We know how to use it because we have used it before, however we have made several unsuccessful installation attempts.

    Previously they have already offered us their support in the installation of the theme, so we hope they can help us again.

    We share the information regarding the hosting and URL address in the private content part.

    1) Provide us with correct WP Dashboard access to your site https://prnt.sc/10hbhk1
    2) Provide us with your purchase code that you would like to use for this installation
    3) What demo version of Royal theme would you like to import?

    Hello,

    We have installed theme and we need to go throw the setup wizard to activate it and install required plugins. Check your site.
