Royal Theme not working - by EPITOMIC - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi there

I have uploaded the royal theme for my website http://www.studentbay.co.za and it is not working at all. The following issues have been picked up:

1. Pages
When I go to pages or even try edit them the theme freezes for about 20mins and then shows a 503 error. This continues to happen.

2. Theme Options
The theme options never work. I click the link and it takes me straight to my homepage (Which I can’t edit by the way)

3. Extra themes
Not sure where to get those themes that were included?

Please help me as we have sponsors that need this site up and functional by Friday midday. I am in South Africa

This is the error:

Internal Server Error

Hello,

FTP credentials are incorrect.
Please check them.
Also “Internal Server Error” is related to server configuration at your host. The reason may be you’re lack of memory and you need ask your host to increase the value for memory_limit.

Please check it with your host.

The details weren’t incorrect, you were just blocked as they picked it up as suspicious. I have allowed you to gain access to the FTP

Hello,

Sorry, but we still can’t connect to FTP getting an error:
Login authentication failed

So, login or password is incorrect.
Also ask your host to check memory limit, because Internal Server Error is related to server configuration and not to the theme.

Fatal error: Class ‘WPBakeryShortCode’ not found in /home/studencz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons/modules/Ultimate_Buttons.php on line 701

That is the error I am receiving now.
