Hi,
i have problem sending/receiving mails when a new order occurs in woocommerce, customer doesn’t receive mail too!
I tried to “reset password” in order to see if it’ a wordpress or woocommerce problem but i didn’t receive email with reset link to my account.
I tried to use wp smtp and several plugins with no luck at all!!!
Please instruct me what to do!! I also have legenda licence and the theme uploaded on the same server to another site with same parameters and works fine with wp smtp plugin and a gmail account.
Please instruct me what to do!

Hello,
You need check mail logs on a server. Contact your host and ask them to check if any emails were sent. Also check this issue with default WordPress theme.

Hi,
Mail logs are empty. It’s a vps server and does NOT provide mail service. Tested and working now On the same server, but different domain, a wordpress with your Legenda Theme works fine with wp smtp plugin and a gmail account setup.
Royal Theme mail service doesn’t work at all. i use latest version and upgrades of wordpress, royal and woocommerce. also tried many plugins with no luck. i also tried gmail, zohomail and other account i own with no luck. It’s not the first time i setup an email account!!!
I reisntalled the wordpress setup with royal and woocommerce, all clean install! same thing.
Please help it’s urgent!
