also your email test u sent product column is LTR
pls need to correct alignment not translation

2. change lang to arabic from top bar
3.login as a customer sent login in private
4. choose any product to purchase
5.complete purchase process
6.customer will receive email “process order” like this image https://prnt.sc/soKFtt7XUbwD
note : we use XSTORE email builder

Thanks for the information but we should ask you first to check yourself if it works normally without our Email Builder. If it works, please, provide us more details about which exact type of email is not sent. We should make you know that there were no such issues from any of our customers, so it is maybe WooCoommerce issue or something in your server settings.

i found you change mail address in checkout for to test so it sent emails to your mail now i changed to previous mail and its working
