Safe & Secure checkout display issues
When I add an item to my cart on my Mac using Chrome, a quick view with the cart appears on the right.

When I add an item to the cart on my Mac using Firefox or Safari, no quick view appears on the right.
When I view Safe & Secure Checkout on my Mac with Firefox, I see Tootips even though they are disabled on Sales Booster. On Safari and Chrome, on the other hand, everything is okay.

If I use Safari or Chrome on my iPhone to view the Safe & Secure Checkout, everything is okay.
But not on my Samsung phone.

How can this be corrected?
