Sales booster, add to cart & quick view

Hello,

On pre-cart it shows me the message about how much money I have to spend in order to get free shipping. The problem is that I haven’t activated this option. How does this happen?

On a single product, I have two add-to-cart buttons but one of those two can’t be edited or deleted. How can I remove it?

In the shop I have two quick views, is there any way to remove one of these two and translated it too?

1)To resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore Control Panel > Sales Booster > Progress Bar > edit the settings according to your requirements or disable it if you do not wish to use this feature.

2) To modify the add-to-cart buttons on a single product page, please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single product builder > Add to cart & quantity. There, you can review all available settings and adjust them to your preferences.

Hello,

I did step-by-step everything you said on sales booster but it still appears without the choice being activated.

Also, I want to ask that on some products appears the availability and how many have been sold. How can I turn this off?

Hello Despoina,

1) We have checked your site and found that there is no issue in customizer mode and the progress bar appears on the front end. This is likely due to a caching issue on your site.

We recommend that you contact your service provider and ask them to flush your server cache completely, temporarily disable any CDN caching or cache plugins, and clear the browser cache. Then, please check again.

If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a result of a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

2) We have resolved your issue. Please clear your browser cache and revisit your site. It still shows the sale booster on the cart page and it appears on my costumer too.

We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and revisit your site. We have Enabled “Progress Bar on Cart page” and then toggle it to “OFF” under XStore Dashboard > Sale Booster > Cart/checkout pages.
