Hello, Saleh,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Please try to find and translate strings now (XStore theme and XStore Core plugin).
Let us know what exactly strings can’t be translated.
Kind Regards,

Hi!
I would like to translate Sales Booster texts (Progress message text | Progress message success text) in another language. I’m using Polylang Pro. In general, the strings appears in “Strings Translations” section in the Polylang tab, but now these two texts don’t. Can you help me solve this problem?
I’m using Loco Translate as well, but after clearing and saving the message window, can’t redo the placeholder text (that appeared in the Loco Translate).
Thank you so much!
See screenshot. The et-core-plugin string translation file does not appear for me

Note that this screenshot is not on the site. It is an old screenshot from one of the old articles. xstore technical support accessed the FTP of one of your customers and added this file to the translation chain
I need your support by helping me and adding this to me

We would recommend you contact support of the Polylang plugin too.
Let us know their answer.

This plugin of yours is not in the XStore Core plugin series
Also when writing a text message. Inside the field in Sales Booster. Searching in Loco Translator and Polylang Pro I cannot find the pre-written text in the Sales Booster file
I now use expected delivery. And advanced tape to support free shipping
Hello, Saleh,
Sorry, but your answer is unclear to us.
We ask you to contact Polylang plugin support, because this is multilanguage plugin that you are using on the site, please do this and let us know their answer.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
I also use Loco Translate. But there is a problem with Blogin. XStore Core The text has been modified in the Loco Translate plugin. But XStore Core is not responding. When modifying the days and month, it does not respond. The problem is related to the XStore Core extension…
See the screenshot in hidden content
Hello, Saleh,
We would like to clarify certain details.
Could you please explain what you mean by “pre-written text”?
Additionally, during the course of our work, we lost access to the following folder: /domains/sewak.ae/public_html/wp-content
The details can be found in the screenshot provided in the following link:

“pre-written text” is what we pre-write in the Sales Booster feature – Message text does not appear in the Loco Translator file. I cannot write over the text
See this screenshot I’m talking about. When I write text in this field, I do not find translation text for it in Loco Translate
I have contacted PolyLang multilingual support. Tell me if the xstore template developer should add his et-core-plugin file to the string translations. They also told me that there is a plugin group that the developers added to the series and issued an update for that…
Hello, Saleh,
We have wpml-config.xml file in our XStore theme and in our XStore Core plugin for many different strings including admin ones.
According to the documentation of the WPML plugin – there is a specific link where the customer may include some additional dynamic admin string for translation -> https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings. We had customers who made translations of Sales booster text settings with such technique of force loading texts from Sales booster text settings.
Could you please, ask Polylang how to make it work with their plugin? If it is smth that should be included in our theme – please, provide us a snippet of how and where we should add such a solution in the correct way.
Also, we can’t log in to your site Dashboard currently.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Yes, now there is a short download file. In addition to Polylang. You translate Sales Booster. I will send the link to the article below to the Polylang team if someone looking for our conversation comes across it..
As explained, these settings are translatable thanks to wpml-config.xml
https://polylang.pro/doc/the-wpml-config-xml-file/
that I created for you.
You will need to add it in your wp-content directory. To do so, please follow the few steps below:Create a “polylang” directory inside your WordPress “wp-content” directory (all minuscule, no special character or spaces)
Add the wpml-config.xml attached.
Then, you will find the translations available in the String Translations filtered on the Polylang group.
Polylang Technical Support logged into FTP and uploaded the short translation file into Sales Booster on my behalf. Sales Booster has been translated successfully.
The issue related to '‘Sales Booster – Message text Translation’' has been successfully resolved, and the topic is now closed for further responses
