Sales Booster not working / updating after changes

Hi,
the Sales Booster is not working.
I cannot deactivate it or make any changes in the settings

We kindly request that you update your theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ , followed by clearing your cache to see if the issue resolves. Should the problem persist, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can further assist you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
