Sales booster progress bar when free shipping is available

Progress bar doesn’t show the message “Congratulations! You’ve got free shipping.” when free shipping is available for the order. In my case, I got some products that make the entire order free shipping based on a shipping class. In checkout it says “Free Shippping” but the progress bar on the mini-cart and also on the cart page itself is strictly based on the {{Et_price}} How can we make the progress bar shows success message when the order is free shipping anyway regardless the {{Et_price}}
