I update the theme and also the last patcher but still its not working.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
We need to check why the patcher doesn’t help in your case.

I also activated a file manager plugin that you can check the FTP files.
And another question: How can I renew the support?
When I clicked the renew button on my account page, I moved to the page where I could buy the theme again, I just wanted to renew the support, not buy the theme again.

Use Clear cache Chrome extention https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn/RK%3D2/RS%3DzwqaryCReNAACSfd_oYYPpX0_tw- to clear the browser cache if you use Chrome.

I installed the Chrome extension, and tried from Chrome again and it’s not working.
After that, I tried from the Safari browser and it uploaded the images but I can’t click on the save button.

Our developers have done tests on your site too, and the video was added to the Private Content area.
1. Please attempt to log into your website as a different user and do the test, from a different device too.
2. It is somewhat peculiar that your video was in RTL format, but it is not in RTL now.
