Hello,
Tried to install some predefined versions like \”Watches\”, \”Furniture\”, \”Animals\” etc. from the Theme Options but didn\’t work.
How can I receive these sample pages?

I’m having a lot of issues with the template. Where can I find the Custom pages (about-us, different product pages etc) template? Also, the ULTIMATE ADDONS FOR VISUAL COMPOSER is looking for a license key… From where can I get it? When installing pages from theme options, am getting only the front page.
Please help me on these issues since the website is quite urgent!

Did you install Demo base content as described in our documentation?

Be attentive, such pages as Shop, Cart, Checkout, My account etc are WooCommerce pages and should be provided for you after WooCommerce plugin activation.
All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them.
This plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us.
Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated.
The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need.
You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

All the plugins are working well, excecpt the ULTIMATE ADONS FOR VISUAL COMPOSER, which I am also not being able to update.
For the pages, once I’ve installed my choice of theme template, how can I access the About-Us page template? Also having installed the demo base content, I see no Shop page.

Please try to update Ultimate Addons for VISUAL COMPOSER plugin via FTP (/wp-content/plugin/ folder on your server).

1) you do not need to activate plugins bundled with our theme. They will work with Woopress without any keys.
You can download the latest versions of bundled plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
You need to buy license key for these plugins only if you want to get premium support from plugin developers.
