Saved Credit Card not Deleting in Customer Backend

    Hi

    Once customer ticked ‘save credit card” during checkout process this card is saved in customer backend – MY ACCOUNT – PAYMENT METHODS

    After that if customer buying another credit details this card still appears as saved in during checkout process. But for example if customer wants to delete saved card and going to PAYMENT METHODS section in backend and clicking DELETE button – this button is not working . Saved credit card is not deleting .

    Please advise how to delete saved customers credit card from customer backend .

    Hello,

    Do you face such problem with default WC theme too (Storefront)? What version of WC plugin do you use? Please provide a screenshot of the page and the “Delete” button that doesn’t work.

    Im using WooPress Theme Version: 0.0.1, Woo commerce Version 3.3.4

    Hello,

    Have you checked if “Delete” works with the default theme?
    This is not a default functionality, so how can I add new payment method http://prntscr.com/ixjphl ?

    Please, check the FTP access that you provided, we can’t connect to your server.

    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

    it should be same as default
    we have selected header type 4 but on fixed header its showing header type 1

    You can create new payment method in

    MY ACCOUNT > PAYMENT METHODS > ADD PAYMENT METHOD

    Hello,

    We have checked this option with the official WooCommerce theme (every third-party plugin created for WC should work fine with the official theme!) and fond that the same issue persists. And problem caused by Dokan plugin http://prntscr.com/iy2lgp it prevents deleting. Contact plugin author to fix this issue.

    But how about header I mentioned before?

    Hello,

    The fixed header structure is independent of main header type. Fixed header code can be modified in the wp-content/themes/woopress/header.php file (please do changes via child theme https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes). Please note that changes in php files are additional customization in source code and it is out of our support scope. If you need help with additional customization contact WP-Kraken team.
