    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand that you are experiencing issues with Scheduled Actions, which are causing your website to slow down and, at times, not function properly. It is recommended to periodically clear old entries, but we also have a few suggestions to resolve the issue more effectively:

Check plugins and theme: Make sure that all plugins and the theme are up to date, as outdated or incompatible versions can cause issues with scheduled actions. Updating plugins or the theme might resolve the problem.

Optimize Scheduled Actions: If your site has a large number of scheduled actions, you can use a plugin like WP Crontrol to view and manage these actions, deleting unnecessary or redundant entries. You can also adjust the frequency of scheduled actions to reduce the load on the server.

Analytics issue: As for the missing data in analytics, the problem could be related to scheduled actions not running correctly, as some of them may be responsible for gathering analytics data. If scheduled actions are not executing properly, this can result in missing data in reports. Please check whether the required scheduled actions are running correctly after clearing the records.

Hosting provider recommendations: If your hosting provider has suggested contacting the theme developer, this may indicate an issue with server settings or specific aspects of how the theme interacts with server resources. It could be worth checking server settings, such as query execution limits or caching configurations.

We can see the next error in your site Dashboard – https://prnt.sc/GZ0azNDUhVty Please contact your hosting provider to solve this or Woocommerce plugin support to get further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Best Regards,
